Main tasks:

• Take the lead in delivering end-to-end SAP TM projects, from concept to go-live.
• Be part of a forward-thinking SAP team that combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to deliver measurable results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, aligning objectives and ensuring that innovative ideas turn into practical solutions.
• Contribute to global digitalization programs designed to make business processes simpler, smarter, and more efficient.
• Act as a key liaison between the system integration partner, and the central SAP template team, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong governance.
• Take ownership of project success by balancing quality, timing, and budget, while keeping transparency and risk management top of mind.
• Stay actively involved with the SAP TM suite, tackling both strategic questions and hands-on challenges.
• Play a visible role in the organization's transformation journey and help anchor sustainable, high-impact solutions across the business.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field
• Hands-on experience leading SAP TM initiatives.
• Proven track record in overseeing all key phases of implementations, from initial planning and fit-gap analysis to build, testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
• Solid understanding of TM functionalities, cutover activities, and business processes critical for successful SAP TM rollouts.
• A confident communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
• In-depth knowledge of the SAP TM module and the ability to translate business needs into workable solutions.
• Willingness to travel as part of an international project environment.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
