Main tasks:

• Manage and continuously develop SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management
• Configure and optimize payroll and time management processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Perform testing, root cause analysis (RCA) and 2nd-level support
• Support implementations, migrations, upgrades and system integrations
• Transition solutions into operations and contribute to establishing the support model
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
• Integrate Payroll & Time Management with related SAP modules, particularly Finance
• Implement SAP OSS Notes, system updates and continuous improvements

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience as an SAP Payroll & Time Management Consultant
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management, including customizing, schemas, PCRs, features and wage types
• Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC) and SAP reporting
• Good understanding of payroll processes and regulatory requirements; Swiss Payroll is an advantage
• Experience delivering SAP Payroll and Time Management projects
• Good understanding of integrations and interfaces with surrounding systems
• ABAP and debugging knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
• Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
