Key Facts: SAP EWM, SAP MM, Warehouse Management, Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Inventory Management, SAP S/4HANA, System Integration, SAP Customizing, Testing & Go-Live, cGMP/CSV, in Visp/home office.

Main tasks:

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end SAP EWM and MM processes across inbound, warehousing, inventory, production supply, returns, and outbound logistics
• Analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, and support configuration, enhancements, integrations, and rollouts
• Manage integration between SAP ERP/S/4HANA, decentralized EWM, LIMS, 3PL and warehouse automation systems
• Plan and execute testing, data validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, CSV, data integrity, quality and internal governance requirements
• Manage incidents, master data and change requests, including root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions
• Define role and authorization requirements in line with Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, work instructions and training materials
• Deliver key user training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience with SAP EWM, ideally combined with SAP MM
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and driving process improvements
• Proven experience with SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, testing, validation, cutover and go-live
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech or another regulated environment is highly desirable
• Good understanding of cGMP, CSV, data integrity and quality requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and IT
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage
