Main tasks:

  • Act as the main point of contact and application owner for Master Data Governance (MDG) and Data Quality (DQ), ensuring stable operations, strong user adoption, and continuous process improvements
  • Oversee administration, lifecycle management, and strategic enhancement of MDM tools such as TIBCO, SAP, Informatica, ServiceNow and SharePoint, ensuring performance, stability, and alignment with business requirements
  • Define, implement, and enforce data governance frameworks, workflows, and rules to maintain high data quality and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Serve as Global Key User for master data, supporting processes such as creation, enrichment, distribution, product launch, phase-out, and deletion
  • Design, implement, and deliver global training programs and materials for Material Master Data users to drive adoption and continuous improvement
  • Guide, support, and develop team members by sharing expertise in MDG and DQ tools and strengthening overall team effectiveness
  • Monitor data quality metrics, resolve complex data issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency

Your qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field or comparable practical experience
  • Solid professional experience in Master Data Management, Master Data Governance, and Data Quality
  • Strong expertise in MDG tools such as TIBCO EBX, SAP MDG, or Informatica, as well as Data Quality tools like Informatica DQ
  • Good understanding of the SAP MM module, ideally within an SAP S/4HANA environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage complex processes, and deliver results with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a pragmatic mindset
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong interest in people development and team support
