Main tasks:

• Act as Global Process Owner and Subject Matter Expert for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, covering sales order creation, invoicing, and cash collection
  
• Own and govern O2C process design, standards, and continuous improvement within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
  
• Represent Order-to-Cash in cross-functional initiatives and maintain close alignment with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Operations, and Finance organizations
  
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Project Managers, Central Operations teams, Local Power Users, and End Users
  
• Build, enable, and sustain a strong Order-to-Cash Power User community across the service network
  
• Promote distributed ownership of process execution, adoption, and knowledge transfer
  
• Ensure alignment and integration of O2C processes with adjacent end-to-end business processes
  
• Define process KPIs, monitor performance, identify deviations, root causes, and system issues
  
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives through defined governance structures and Power Users
  
• Collect and analyze process, user, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  
• Prioritize process enhancements and lead execution of agreed initiatives
  
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and user stories in close collaboration with IS and application owners
  
• Ensure effective SAP S/4HANA support of O2C processes and related applications
  
• Own and maintain global process standards, documentation, and user manuals to support automation and intelligent SAP capabilities
  
• Identify, evaluate, and support cost-saving initiatives, including feasibility assessments and business case development
  
• Act as authorization owner for Requests for Change (RfCs), ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with global standards
  
• Ensure business testing, user acceptance, and final release of process changes in collaboration with SAP S/4HANA delivery teams
  
• Design and deliver End User and Power User training in collaboration with global training teams and the Power User community

Your qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent higher education in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  
• Advanced functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA with hands-on experience in SD, PS, and EPPM modules
  
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments considered an advantage
  
• International business experience and strong intercultural competence
  
• Experience in process governance, project management, process automation, and structured improvement methodologies
  
• Self-driven, structured, collaborative working style with high persistence and strong team orientation
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across organizational levels
  
• Experience working with senior management across different regions and organizational structures
  
• Background in commercial support and/or service coordination
  
• Experience in people development, coaching, and training enablement considered an advantage
  
• Professional-level in English and German 
  
• Willingness to travel internationally on a limited basis (5-10%)
