Main tasks:

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal Key Users and Business Process Owners regarding SAP EWM and warehouse management applications
  
• Define, coordinate, and execute the SAP EWM application strategy in close alignment with business stakeholders and IT delivery functions
  
• Manage external service providers and ensure high-quality service delivery
  
• Support implementation initiatives and application changes from a business-oriented perspective
  
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and the overall SAP application landscape
  
• Enable and support Key Users in maintaining strong application knowledge; deliver end-user training when required
  
• Promote high data quality standards in collaboration with Key Users and End Users to enhance operational efficiency
  
• Lead temporary working groups, track progress, provide expert guidance, and offer advisory support without direct disciplinary responsibility
  
• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive solution documentation
  
• Ensure compliance with defined business SLAs
  
• Oversee budget adherence for the assigned application portfolio, including regular forecasting
  
• Ensure seamless integration between decentralized SAP EWM systems and central SAP ECC and SAP S/4 environments
  
• Identify, evaluate, and drive business process improvement initiatives within warehousing and logistics
  
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to uncover automation and optimization opportunities
  
• Assess and leverage new technologies and applications to create measurable business value
  
• Provide advisory support before and during the implementation of process enhancements in SAP EWM and related systems
  
• Represent business interests in IT projects in the dual role of Application Owner and Process Engineer
  
• Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies that improve process efficiency or enable innovation
  
• Ensure consistent application of quality and IT standards throughout improvement initiatives
  
• Guarantee alignment with application and infrastructure strategies as well as full adherence to project governance principles

Your qualifications:

• Strong expertise in logistics execution and warehouse management processes with hands-on experience in SAP EWM, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4, including foundational SAP Fiori knowledge in modules such as EWM, WM, MM, QM, PP, and related applications
  
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes in a structured, value-driven manner
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment
  
• Excellent communication and advisory skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to identify improvement potential and assess emerging technologies
  
• Proven experience in application ownership or process engineering roles within SAP landscapes
  
• Ability to work independently, lead task forces, and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups without formal authority
  
• Fluent English and German skills
