Main tasks:

• Lead SAP and IT transformation projects from initiation through Go-Live
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and quality
• Drive business process optimization across key functional areas
• Translate business requirements into practical IT solutions and implementation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external consultants and system integrators
• Support project governance, steering committees and stakeholder communication
• Drive change management, user adoption and organizational readiness
• Ensure compliance with governance, security and audit requirements
• Monitor project performance, financials and business value realization
• Continuously improve project management practices and methodologies

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in IT project management and SAP transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and business transformation initiatives
• Proven experience managing complex projects and global stakeholder environments
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in project governance, risk management and budget control
• Structured, resilient and adaptable approach in dynamic environments
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
