Main tasks:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for an Installed Base & Asset Data Platform
  
• Lead discovery activities and translate business needs into well-structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items
  
• Guide backlog refinement and sprint planning to enable focused, iterative delivery and continuous value creation
  
• Translate B2B customer service process requirements—such as installed base, warranties, service contracts, spare parts, maintenance, and field service—into scalable product capabilities
  
• Orchestrate end-to-end asset lifecycle use cases and ensure seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4, Service Cloud, FSM, Asset Manager, BW/EDW, data environments, IoT solutions)

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
  
• Proven experience in digital product ownership, application management, or solution delivery, including experience in a Product Owner role
  
• Strong understanding of B2B customer service processes, including installed base and equipment management, service orders, contracts, warranties, spare parts, maintenance, and field service
  
• Solid experience integrating SAP and non-SAP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA (EAM/CS/PM), Service Cloud/C4C, SAP FSM, Asset Manager, SAP BW/EDW, and modern data products such as APIs, data lakes, and event-driven platforms
  
• Demonstrated Agile delivery experience, including backlog management and the ability to create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
  
• Additional knowledge in IoT/telematics, data governance and master data management, SAP integration technologies, data quality frameworks, or FSM mobile and dispatch processes is a plus
