Key Facts: 
Technical & functional Lead SAP SuccessFactors Architecture, HR Transformation & Business Requirements, in Zürich/home office.


Main tasks:

  • Act as technical and functional lead for architecture, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
  • Design scalable, integrated SuccessFactors solutions aligned with HR transformation goals and business requirements
  • Translate HR process requirements into effective configurations across multiple SuccessFactors modules
  • Ensure full integration of SuccessFactors with broader HR and enterprise systems, including AI and automation platforms
  • Optimize system performance, workflow efficiency, and user interface design to drive adoption and usability
  • Govern platform standards, including security, role-based access control, and permission models
  • Provide subject matter expertise to HR, IT, and project stakeholders regarding platform capabilities and best practices
  • Monitor usage patterns and adoption rates, recommending enhancements to maximize platform value and ROI

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR Technology, or a related field
  • Proven expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
  • Strong experience in designing end-to-end HR technology architectures in complex enterprise environments
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and ability to map them to system functionalities
  • Knowledge of system integration, including third-party platforms and use of APIs
  • Experience applying AI capabilities in HR-related use cases and processes
  • Ability to translate functional HR requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Familiarity with HR data governance, security, and regulatory compliance standards
  • Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Swiss or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit required
  • Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification
  • Preferred: Experience with large-scale HRIS implementations and rollouts
