Main tasks:

• Drive lead generation and strategic engagement with key customer accounts
  
• Develop and execute SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmaps
  
• Identify digitalization opportunities using AI, blockchain, and IoT
  
• Lead assessments, due diligence, and transformation workshops
  
• Build business cases and define modern ways of working, including Agile
  
• Engage directly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and high customer satisfaction
  
• Deliver blueprints, PoCs, transformation plans, and change initiatives
  
• Manage budgets, scope, and commercial baselines, including change requests
  
• Ensure project profitability while maintaining quality and timelines
  
• Deliver S/4HANA MVPs, pilots, templates, and full-scale solutions
  
• Define rollout strategies with focus on efficiency and data transition
  
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers
  
• Lead global, cross-functional teams and support their development and performance
  
• Act as central customer interface and align multiple delivery streams
  
• Coordinate staffing, resources, and commercial aspects across teams

Your qualifications:

• Strong experience in managing complex SAP transformation programs
  
• Expertise in implementation, rollout, and multi-project environments
  
• Experience with global teams and stakeholder management
  
• Excellent English communication skills
  
• Strong business process understanding, fit-gap analysis, and change management
  
• Industry exposure in manufacturing, automotive, or chemicals is beneficial
  
• Experience in pre-sales, proposals, and stakeholder presentations
  
• Analytical, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  
• Proactive leadership with strong customer focus
  
• Ability to connect insights and think strategically
