Main tasks:

• Own and manage the operational SAP application landscape, ensuring stable and reliable day-to-day operations in a regulated, international environment
  
• Act as the central point of contact for SAP operations by coordinating internal experts, business stakeholders, and external service providers
  
• Plan and coordinate releases, system updates, maintenance windows, and downtimes to ensure business continuity
  
• Oversee SAP documentation standards across platforms such as SAP Enterprise Portal and SharePoint
  
• Support ongoing operations alongside an active S/4HANA transformation, ensuring system stability and long-term readiness
  
• Govern SAP system changes and transport processes using SAP Solution Manager, including supporting the transition to new tools in a RISE with SAP context
  
• Plan, schedule, and control transports into productive systems, ensuring compliance, traceability, and minimal disruption
  
• Manage both standard and emergency changes from an operational perspective, including occasional off-hours transports when required
  
• Perform initial analysis of transport and change-related issues and coordinate escalation where needed
  
• Ensure proper maintenance of test documentation and alignment with governance standards
  
• Coordinate test planning and execution with project managers and business stakeholders
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of change, release, and transport processes in parallel with transformation initiatives
  
• Support audit-related SAP activities and documentation in collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and service partners
  
• Manage security-relevant topics such as emergency access and critical authorizations in line with internal policies
  
• Coordinate the evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of SAP Security Notes together with technical teams

Your qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP application operations, support, or governance, ideally within regulated or international environments with a focus on run operations
  
• Solid knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and established SAP change and transport processes
  
• Experience working with external SAP service providers in distributed, international setups, acting as a coordination and escalation interface
  
• Practical experience in audit and compliance topics within SAP environments, including documentation and audit readiness
  
• Good understanding of SAP security concepts such as emergency access, critical authorizations, and Security Notes
  
• Familiarity with IT operations or IT service management environments, balancing stability with controlled change
  
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational boundaries
  
• Fluent English and German skills
  
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal administration is beneficial
