Main tasks:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of projects and programs, covering planning, scope definition, implementation, value realization, and transition into operations
  • Take ownership of strategic SAP S/4 RISE migrations (from S/4 on-premise), including governance, planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive and coordinate related business transformation initiatives following S/4 RISE migration, supporting the evolution of a modern enterprise application landscape (e.g. Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Anaplan)
  • Ensure achievement of business outcomes by focusing on measurable value through defined KPIs such as ROI, efficiency gains, quality, and user adoption
  • Manage scope, priorities, and trade-offs based on business value while overseeing risks, budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction, guidance, and mentoring to junior project managers
  • Manage senior stakeholders and governance structures, including executive steering committees and decision-making forums
  • Ensure transparency through structured reporting, progress tracking, issue resolution, and clear documentation
  • Continuously enhance project management practices, tools, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness and sustainability

Your qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project and program delivery, ideally within manufacturing, food, or packaging environments
  • Strong focus on value realization and operational readiness
  • Background in business or management consulting considered advantageous for solving complex challenges effectively
  • Experience leading SAP S/4 RISE migrations or comparable transformation programs is beneficial
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and Anaplan is an advantage
  • Initial leadership experience with an interest in mentoring and developing teams
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Confident and engaging communication style combined with a collaborative, reliable, and adaptable mindset
