Main tasks:

• Analyse and visualise business data to support informed decision-making
  
• Develop, optimise, and maintain SAP HANA models and reporting solutions
  
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, finance, and other operational systems
  
• Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and evaluate emerging BI tools
  
• Lead or contribute to BI and digital transformation initiatives
  
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
  
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, guidance, and training to business users
  
• Document data flows, models, and analytical methodologies

Your qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Data Analyst or BI Specialist with SAP HANA
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools
  
• Proven expertise in data modelling, SQLScript, and performance optimisation
  
• Understanding of SAP S/4 data structures across FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP modules
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
  
• Hands-on experience in managing projects and delivering BI solutions
  
• Fluency in English and German
  
• Collaborative team player with structured, independent work approach
  
• Degree in Business IT, Data Science, or a related field is beneficial
  
• Experience with OneStream, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is a plus
