Key Facts: SAP S/4HANA implementation & rollouts, SAP process design, project management, in Bonaduz/1 day home office.

Main tasks:

• Act as a System Business Engineer for SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts, ensuring sustainable process adoption aligned with SAP standard functionalities
  
• Lead fit-to-standard process design activities by translating business needs into efficient SAP standard processes, limiting deviations and custom developments to well-justified cases
  
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end business processes across the organization
  
• Actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support the execution of business unit strategies
  
• Support the development of a cross-divisional process improvement roadmap, including identification and prioritization of key improvement areas
  
• Analyze existing processes using quantitative data, performance metrics, and structured stakeholder input
  
• Define future-state process models and conduct gap analyses between current and target states
  
• Design and implement process enhancements in close collaboration with process owners and business leadership
  
• Support process owners in creating, updating, and maintaining clear and consistent process documentation
  
• Promote awareness, acceptance, and adoption of digitalized processes, fostering a digital-first mindset within the organization

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects in a process-focused role
  
• A completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  
• Solid theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management and business process change management
  
• Fluency in both German and English
  
• Strong communication skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  
• Basic experience with database queries and strong capabilities in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets
  
• High affinity for digital technologies and modern enterprise systems
