Main tasks:

• Establish and implement a robust project management framework within Finance, leveraging industry-standard methodologies to ensure consistent delivery across the entire project portfolio
  
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress closely, initiate corrective actions when needed, and conduct structured post-project evaluations
  
• Independently lead and deliver key projects within global teams, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency
  
• Design, structure, and lead the full project lifecycle to consolidate legacy on-premise systems into a unified, cloud-based solution
  
• Act as a proactive change agent, driving the transformation of Finance towards a modern, automated, and scalable digital environment
  
• Apply a simplification first mindset by critically challenging existing processes to eliminate unnecessary complexity before introducing automation
  
• Ensure newly implemented systems provide real-time insights, enabling Finance to act as a strategic partner to the broader organization
  
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and openness to modern, industry-standard technologies within the Finance function
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to enhance performance, ownership, and innovative problem-solving capabilities
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, actively facilitating discussions, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment and transparency
  
• Develop and execute structured communication and training plans to support smooth adoption of new systems and processes

Your qualifications:

• Demonstrate a strong track record in similar roles, ideally within a financial software or banking technology environment
  
• Possess solid experience with ERP platforms, particularly SAP, including implementations, upgrades, and finance modules
  
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects, balancing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively
  
• Experience leading end-to-end ERP cloud migration initiatives across the full project lifecycle
  
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization, combined with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and accessible manner
