Key Facts: SAP & MES Systems, SAP MM & PP, SAP EWM, SAP PM, SAP CO, project management, SAP S/4HANA, travelling within German-speaking Switzerland, in Thun/home office.

Main tasks:

• Provide holistic support, continuous improvement, and enhancement of core applications, including SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP) and MES solutions
  
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with specialist departments and key users
  
• Create and maintain system and process documentation, and deliver training to end users
  
• Guide SAP and MES projects, including coordinating resources, managing budgets, and providing professional guidance to project team members
  
• Prepare KPIs and data reports to analyze and optimize production processes, as well as master and transactional data
  
• Ensure smooth technical implementations, including test management and transition to productive operations

Your qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP (PP, MM, PM, CO, EWM) and/or key user expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules and related systems, including MES platforms
  
• Strong understanding of production processes and the integration between SAP and MES environments
  
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of complex topics
  
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly and engage or motivate stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive mindset
  
• Customer-focused consulting skills and aptitude for effective collaboration within diverse teams
