Key Facts: SAP FPSL Solutions, IFRS 17/9 implementation, international environment, leading small teams, in Zürich/home office.

Main tasks:

• Translation of complex financial, accounting and regulatory requirements into scalable and robust SAP FPSL solutions
  
• Design, configuration and continuous optimization of SAP FPSL components to support IFRS17 and regulatory reporting requirements
  
• Development and review of technical solution components within SAP FPSL, including data integrations, SAP HANA SQL transformations and ABAP-related logic
  
• Management of end-to-end operational activities such as quarter-end closing cycles, incident and defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Acting as a subject matter expert for SAP FPSL architecture, data models, posting logic and system performance optimization
  
• Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Actuarial, Data and Technology teams on feature design, testing and implementation
  
• Guidance and technical support for developers and analysts working on FPSL-related topics while ensuring quality standards and best practices
  
• Documentation, standardization and optimization of processes to ensure scalable and sustainable subledger operations

Your qualifications:

• University degree in a technical, financial or business-related discipline
  
• Extensive practical experience as an IT Subledger Specialist working with SAP FPSL in productive environments, including multiple financial closing cycles
  
• Strong expertise in IFRS17 concepts including GMM, PAA and reinsurance, with experience supporting insurance or reinsurance applications
  
• Advanced SQL skills with SAP HANA and experience working with complex data transformations
  
• Working knowledge of Java and understanding of technical system integrations
  
• Hands-on experience with FPSL-related operational and automation tools such as CVPM, QMate, incident management platforms and DevOps pipelines
  
• Proven ability to lead teams or guide developers and analysts in FPSL or financial reporting system environments
  
• Experience owning and delivering product changes, operational improvements and end-to-end system enhancements in complex landscapes
  
• Strong focus on process standardization, documentation and continuous optimization
• Familiarity with ServiceNOW for incident and problem management
• Experience working in Agile environments using SCRUM or Kanban frameworks
• Practical knowledge of collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Understanding of IFRS9 as well as exposure to SAP Banking Analyzer or SAP Insurance Analyzer systems
