Key Facts: SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA, Customizing in Basel/Homeoffice. 


Main tasks:

• Design and implement end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions based on business requirements
• Configure and optimize SAP FI/CO processes, including testing and documentation
• Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications
• Support and continuously enhance finance and controlling processes
• Work with additional finance-related applications such as travel & expense, accounts payable, or consolidation tools
• Analyze and resolve issues across systems, interfaces, and business processes
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Controlling, Operations, and cross-functional teams
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, standards, and efficient process design
• Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous service improvement initiatives

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance, with a strong focus on FI/CO
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and end-to-end finance processes
• Proven experience in full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI & CO modules, including: General Ledger / New GL, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA / Profitability Analysis
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling business processes
• Experience working in international and virtual project environments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• SAP S/4HANA FICO certification is a plus
• Experience with additional finance applications and tools is beneficial
• Familiarity with governance and compliance standards (e.g. SOX) is an advantage
• Comfortable working with project and process documentation tools
• Ability to manage projects and coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
