Main tasks:

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions.
  
• Shape best-practice solutions, guide design decisions, and contribute directly to configuration, testing, and deployment.
  
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions.
  
• Oversee and coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure delivery quality and project success.
  
• Participate in blueprinting, project leadership, and steering implementation activities from start to go-live.
  
• Ensure end-to-end accountability for finance and controlling processes, system customization, and solution integration.
  
• Collaborate across functions to identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficient business solutions.
  
• Maintain hands-on involvement with SAP FI/CO functionalities within an S/4HANA environment.
  
• Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business landscapes and dynamic project requirements.
  
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and make informed decisions.
  
• Exhibit proactive mindset, self-driven approach, and motivation to take ownership of hands-on work.
  
• Pursue continuous learning and expand knowledge across related business and technical areas.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Financial Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
  
• Extensive experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), including process expertise and system customization.
  
• Hands-on involvement in full-cycle SAP implementations and go-live projects.
  
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA finance functionalities and project methodologies.
  
• Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
• Fluent in English and German.
