Main tasks:

• Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects using classical, hybrid, or agile delivery methodologies.
• Manage end-to-end programme execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project scope, timeline, budget, resources, quality, and risk management.
• Proactively identify delivery risks, capability gaps, and resource requirements, engaging the right specialists when needed.
• Coordinate internal business units, IT teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Report project status, risks, and strategic decisions to executive sponsors, client leadership, and steering committees.
• Manage escalations, resolve complex programme issues, and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and contribute to successful SAP transformation initiatives.

Your qualifications:

• Several years of experience leading complex SAP projects and programmes independently.
• Proven track record managing large-scale SAP transformation initiatives with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong experience in programme governance, risk management, budgeting, and executive communication.
• Project Management certification such as HERMES Advanced, IPMA Level C, PMP, or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external partners, and complex delivery organizations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes is highly desirable.
• Experience in Swiss public sector organisations or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models combining waterfall and agile approaches (SAFe, Scrum).
• Fluent German and very good English; French is an advantage.
