Main tasks:

• Lead the design, validation, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA logistics and warehouse management capabilities aligned with global business process requirements.
• Own and evolve the SAP logistics template, ensuring scalable and standardized solutions across deployments.
• Drive end-to-end integration and automation strategies with external logistics providers and warehouse partners.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams in an Agile delivery environment.
• Support logistics process transformation across inbound and outbound deliveries, warehouse operations, inventory movements, returns management, and intercompany flows.
• Ensure alignment between logistics processes, master data structures, and enterprise integration requirements.
• Provide functional and technical leadership throughout solution delivery, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
• Contribute to process optimization and innovation initiatives within global supply chain operations.
• Ensure solutions meet compliance, validation, and regulatory standards relevant to highly regulated industries.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP logistics environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management (IM), Warehouse Management (WM), and logistics execution processes.
• Experience integrating SAP systems with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and external warehouse environments.
• Background in large-scale international transformation or ERP implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational processes across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, finance, tax, and master data domains.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP logistics modules including Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Understanding of compliance and validation requirements in regulated enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and modern ERP architectures is highly desirable.
• Experience working in Agile delivery organizations with solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and documentation standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
