Main tasks:

• Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP, including CPI iFlows, OData/REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
  
• Develop modern SAP Fiori Elements applications leveraging SAPUI5, RAP, CAP, and CDS Views
  
• Integrate Azure AI Foundry with SAP S/4HANA through SAP API Management for intelligent workflows
  
• Build FastMCP servers and agent-based AI pipelines to process SAP data and generate actionable insights
  
• Support the development of data pipelines and machine learning deployments within Azure Databricks (guidance provided where needed)
  
• Apply Clean Core principles by using approved extension points and side-by-side extensions only
  
• Take end-to-end ownership of development deliverables, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and technical documentation
  
• Focus on production-grade AI systems embedded directly into SAP business processes
  
• Development of MCP servers connecting Azure OpenAI with SAP via OData services and custom iFlows
  
• Creation of Copilot Studio agents within Microsoft Teams, enabling automated SAP interactions such as BAPI-based write-backs through SAP CPI

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  
• Practical experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 through academic, personal, or experimental projects
  
• Strong understanding of REST and OData APIs, including the ability to interpret and troubleshoot JSON payloads
  
• Programming experience in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, with a focus on hands-on development
  
• Interest in artificial intelligence topics such as large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks
  
• Proficiency in English; German language skills considered advantageous
  
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI services is an advantage
  
• Optional: Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Microsoft Teams integrations
  
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, or Apache Spark and experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
