Main tasks:

• Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Design and develop data products for the service business, with a focus on company-wide reporting.
• Support organizational development through process mining, process analysis, and process optimization.
• Lead data-related development initiatives and deliver insights for strategic decision-making.
• Strengthen a data-driven culture and enable data-powered services across the organization.
• Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
• Create analytical dashboards and KPI-based reports using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Identify optimization opportunities based on analytical results.
• Implement, document, and roll out data models and analytics solutions.
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Build and implement process mining solutions for root cause analysis.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in data, analytics, and business processes.
• Excellent conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical capabilities combined with a business-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improving processes and performance through data analytics.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and analytical models.
• Experience working with large datasets, databases, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and practical experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to present analytical findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.
