Main tasks:

• Maintain T-CH product configurations in the product configurator, including coordination with other production sites
  
• Create and update material master data in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  
• Review and distribute sales product master data to relevant sales organizations as required
  
• Facilitate regular communication and information exchange with internal and external departments
  
• Provide support on ERP master data topics to colleagues across departments
  
• Contribute to the achievement of project, team, and departmental objectives
  
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, sharing updates on progress and task status
  
• Ensure consistently high data quality and accuracy
  
• Engage in continuous learning through training and self-study
  
• Actively participate in defining team goals and contributing to decisions that impact the team
  
• Analyze and assess requests for new items, item maintenance, BOMs, and technical changes, ensuring only complete and high-quality requests are processed

Your qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant scientific or technical field such as information technology
  
• Several years of experience in master data management within a manufacturing environment, ideally with configurable products
  
• Deep expertise in SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, with strong familiarity with the SAP configurator
  
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  
• Strong experience in material master data creation and maintenance, with solid understanding of relevant tables and fields
  
• Fluent in English and German, with experience working in a matrix organization and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to influence and drive high-quality results
  
• Additional qualifications such as SAP certifications (e.g. S/4 Material MD, S/4 HANA VC configuration), knowledge of Windchill, Intelligent Handover with S/4
