Key Facts: SAP MDM, MES, SAP SCM, SAP PP & MM, travelling within Switzerland, in Urdorf/home office.

Main tasks:

• Update and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and routings within SAP and MES systems
  
• Finalize MES configuration updates and ensure alignment with SAP SCM processes
  
• Perform system updates and validations for approximately 50+ article lines, expanding to 500+ as the project scales
  
• Conduct master data clean-up activities in SAP (materials, routings, and production parameters)
  
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across SAP, MES, and SEM systems
  
• Manage and track updates using Excel files and standardized templates
  
• Develop clear documentation and process concepts for data updates, configuration management, and routing setup
  
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering teams to support data and process alignment
  
• Serve as the central point of contact between SAP, MES, and SCM stakeholders to maintain data integrity
  
• Support up to five concurrent projects focused on data migration and process optimization

Your qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  
• Proven experience in SAP master data maintenance, particularly in PP, MM, or SCM modules
  
• Familiarity with MES configuration and routing logic, with strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken)
  
• Strong attention to detail, structured work approach, and ability to manage large data volumes
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
