Main tasks:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of warehouse, logistics, and related supply chain processes for receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution
- Contribute to the design, optimization, and adherence to logistics workflows to ensure compliant handling and distribution of products and materials
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing SOPs and work instructions for logistics and supply chain operations
- Act as logistics point of contact in regulatory inspections, customer audits, and visits, providing expertise and guidance as needed
- Participate as subject matter expert in local and cross-functional projects
- Investigate deviations and support the team with CAPA creation in Trackwise, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Handle change requests and support continuous process improvements
- Develop and deliver on-the-job training programs to ensure team competence and compliance
- Ensure adherence to EHS and quality standards, collaborating with leadership to maintain safety, HSE, and quality compliance daily
- Monitor and manage alarms in controlled areas, including room pressures, humidity, temperature, and related alerts
Your qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (academic degree preferred)
- Extensive experience in logistics within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain operations, including receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution
- Proven project management experience and strong knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, EWM), including inbound, WMS integration, picking, and shipment processes
- Hands-on experience with regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Open-minded, agile, highly motivated, and solution-oriented work style
- Business fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
