Main tasks:

  • Act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT, capturing and translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and delivery impact.
  • Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP solutions across PlanSourceMake processes, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and product owners to translate solution designs into scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Oversee solution documentation, including functional specifications and design deliverables, to ensure traceability and transparency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and user testing activities, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the squad, advocating for user experience, business value, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor delivery performance through metrics and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support compliance with SDLC, SOX, and GxP standards throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Promote collaboration and alignment across squads, functions, and external partners to drive agile and effective delivery.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience, including hands-on SAP experience (MM, PP, LE, or related modules).
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and related integration points.
  • Proven experience in solution design, configuration, and delivery within SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid grasp of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries and knowledge of SOX/GxP compliance is an advantage.
  • Applied knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP architecture.
  • Experience in global or large-scale business transformation programs.
  • Background in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and optimizing agile delivery performance.
  • Demonstrated leadership in self-organized, cross-functional teams with a focus on business agility and measurable outcomes.
  • Continuous learner with a proactive approach to improving systems, processes, and user satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 %, primarily within Europe and the United States.
