Main tasks:
- Gather and analyze requirements from HR, IT, and Finance to design effective SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions

Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules related to Payroll and Time Management

Ensure system readiness and smooth transition to operational support mode

Maintain compliance by managing OSS notes and overseeing system updates

Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support
- Support integration with related SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance solutions)
Your qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, including configuration, schemas, and rules

In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements

Familiarity with tools such as Payroll Control Center (PCC), wage types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

Proficiency in both German and English

Experience with Swiss payroll processes is a plus

Track record of delivering end-to-end SAP projects and integrating third-party systems

SAP certifications and knowledge of HCM or SuccessFactors are advantageous

Basic ABAP debugging skills desirable

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a results-oriented approach
