Main tasks:

  • Gather and analyze requirements from HR, IT, and Finance to design effective SAP Payroll and Time Management solutions
  • Configure, test, and deploy SAP modules related to Payroll and Time Management
  • Ensure system readiness and smooth transition to operational support mode
  • Maintain compliance by managing OSS notes and overseeing system updates
  • Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support
  • Support integration with related SAP modules and external systems (e.g., time and attendance solutions)

Your qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, including configuration, schemas, and rules
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Payroll Control Center (PCC), wage types, and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in both German and English
  • Experience with Swiss payroll processes is a plus
  • Track record of delivering end-to-end SAP projects and integrating third-party systems
  • SAP certifications and knowledge of HCM or SuccessFactors are advantageous
  • Basic ABAP debugging skills desirable
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a results-oriented approach
