Main tasks:

• Lead the SAP ERP Competence Center, overseeing all SAP applications and integrations
  
• Define and implement the strategic direction for SAP, ensuring alignment with global IT and business goals
  
• Manage a team of approximately 10 SAP professionals, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement
  
• Oversee governance, compliance, and performance of ERP systems according to defined SLAs
  
• Drive the transition and future readiness for SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring scalability and agility
  
• Maintain SAP CCoE certification and adherence to ITGC and audit standards
  
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, integrators, and partners to ensure effective service delivery and cost control
  
• Own and manage the ERP budget, ensuring value creation and efficient use of resources
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and Product Management to translate business needs into effective SAP solutions
  
• Promote best practices, innovation, and user experience enhancements across the SAP ecosystem
  
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance within the SAP team

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• SAP training and certifications (e.g., openSAP)
  
• Several years of experience in SAP ERP environments, including leadership and international project delivery
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, integration, and customization, ideally with S/4 HANA transformation experience
  
• Proven expertise in managing global SAP service operations and vendor relationships
  
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional SAP transformation projects successfully
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Fluency in English and German
