Main tasks:

• Configuration of functionalities within SAP Sales Cloud, supporting business experts in troubleshooting and issue resolution during daily operations
  
• Clarification and documentation of business, technical, and architectural requirements, while coordinating tasks across Agile Release Trains and service teams
  
• Active contribution within an agile DevOps team, including the planning, implementation, testing, rollout, and operation of sustainable software solutions
  
• Delivery of newly developed functionalities to stakeholders through training sessions, ensuring quality standards and proper documentation

Your qualifications:

• Completed higher education in Computer Science, Business Informatics (HF, FH, ETH, or University), or an equivalent qualification
  
• Proven experience in the SAP application and/or cloud environment
  
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP CRM
  
• Solid understanding of architectural principles and solution design approaches
  
• Experience in coordinating and implementing business requirements
  
• Practical experience in solution design and application development
  
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
  
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Teams, and O365 applications
  
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken
